I always think it's so weird whenever Cosmo is perched on my finger he fluffs his feathers by his legs so you can't see his legs. I finally got a picture of him doing the same thing perched on my slipper. Does anyone else's tiel do this too and why do they do that? He doesn't do this when perched anywhere else besides when on me.
