Food Bowl Advise

My 5 babies are growing up now ! I have four that are 6 months old and one that is 4 months old. Up till now i have had their bowls on the floor, a large one for seed, medium one for pellets and another one for water. They all seem to do really well with it and eat together.
I decided since they were big kids now to buy some stainless steel bowls to attach to side. My goodness, they all want to get in the dish and sit in it and eat and there is not enough room for everyone lol, i attached another one but they all want in the same one! Will they eventually learn to take turns or should i put my shallow dish on the floor again so they can all eat together?

lol. i dont have advice for you, but the thought of all five wanting in the same bowl is pretty funny.

each of my tiels have their own food and water bowl. and the fresh foods go on the bottom for them to forage for.

Are the bowls at the same height? If not this might be why they want one bowl and not the other. I have all my bowls at the same height so that they'll eat from all of them. They will have to learn to share the food, don't worry, no one's going to starve lol.

Yes they are at the same height. I just think they are so used to being on the floor and eating together they are somewhat confused. They dont want to perch on the side, they want to get in lol
Its just the first day, will see how they do tomorrow
