Here is the cage I found online and fell in love with.
I thought it would provide a ton of room for my cockatiel to move around, play, and for me to place toys/perches/food dishes all around!

Yeah, I found it on Amazon for $118 with free two day shipping. I love it. Definitely plenty of room for just my one cockatiel. lol

I agree. With the exception of what toys I bought from the breeder, I bought everything else online. I bought her a big activity center, food, etc.

I live out in the country and the closest pet store is over an hour away so I definitely benefit from buying online..not to mention you can usually find things cheaper.

So, here it is! Lulu's new cage. Nothing is in yet. I am going to start setting it up tonight. I am so excited.

My head and right arm fits in the top door.

I have a boing, a long rope perch and two wooden branches so far. What are some ideas for some shorter perches? I don't want to overcrowd, but want it to be okay.

Boodha perches are decent for short perches.... also some natural ones.

I have two natural wood branches. Those are kinda longer. I wonder if I should put anything shorter.

I'll put in what I have and then get some more opinions!

Like, I was thinking what will she eat on? Prolly one of the rope ones, or I have another wood perch (not natural branch).

That's the EFC Cage, but with one door. I think!

They are like mansions and so roomy!

I can't wait until Saturday when I can set mine up. I couldn't do it the other night because my arm can't reach the other end of the cage to secure anything. LOL
