Male is not whisitling

Hi, I have 1 provened pair :cinnamon pearl: [Female]+ :pied: [male]. one more pair i have :lutino: + :pearl: not yet confirmed pair. in that tat pied male occasionally whistling & singing,but another 2 not whistling, i don't know y. usually how many months that cockatiels are start to whistling.

I had a male that didn't start whistling til he went through his first molt at 8 months (until then we swore he was a girl lol.) In the lutino pair, do you know what the parents of either of the birds are? And please use words, not the tiel symbols. It makes it easier for us to figure it out.

The pictures aren't very good, the lutino has a good chance of being a female. As for the other bird, I can't really tell what it's mutation is. Maybe cinnamon pied? Do you know what the parents of either of the birds were?

So the darker bird looks like a cinnamon pearl, maybe a cinnamon pearl pied. If the pearls are disappearing on the pearl bird, then that one is a boy. If they're staying the same, then it's a girl. As for the lutino, they're about 75% girls, 25% boys because it's easier to get a girl lutino than it is to get a boy.
