I found this site through yahoo search.Wonderful forum,enjoying my stay here very much.

 

I, too, found this site through google. It was after I got my tiel. Not sure what I was looking up but that's how I found this!

 

I found this forum thru google search when we started talking about getting a tiel. I wanted to research as much information as possible and thought a great forum with experienced bird owners would be a great place to join

I got a new cockatiel (hadn't had one for over 25 years) and was googling information on them.

I found several posts of this board and decided to join

I found y'all through google searches. Anytime i do research on cockatiel dieting, care, diseases...etc. y'all usually pop up as the 4th or 5th website (most people have the same questions as i do on here). I've also seen people recommend this website on Yahoo! Answers as well.

I found you by googling cockatiel forums. Have been on forums before when I had two tiels about 10 years ago. Now I have one rescued tiel that was dumped at a pet store, basically fed and watered with no other attention. He had been hand tame, so hoping he will come around eventually. Even if he does not, he has a forever home with me.

 

I searched google for a Cockatiel online community. I found this site, and I am so glad I did! During the short time I have been a member, I have found the site extremely helpful. I have learned a lot from all of the posts and I love seeing pictures of everyone's feathered babies.

Im new to here found the site on the internet. Just purchased 2 tiels and was trying to get info on them. This is a very informative site, Ive been reading threads all nite. Hey has any one seen a pure white tiel. Not an albino no red eyes. I bought him and his cage mate a regular gray male tiel. Am very excited to try and socialize with them. I also have A green cheeck conure named Sammy with little bird complex!! So nice to join this forum. Hello All!

Welcome to the forum! Your bird may be a clear pied but pictures would help identify mutation.

 

I found this site from Google, just researching cockatiels before I decided to get one, didn't want it to be an impulse decision

 

I found you by Googling information on cockatiel. We bought our first cockatiel 2 weeks ago and I wanted to get information to care for him correctly. Everyone here has been so helpful and it has become my "go-to" site for questions. Thanks everyone!

Up some info on breeding and it had a link to here so I came on as a visitor and signed up minutes later

 

Yes, I googled too.

I was looking up "images" for DIY playgyms for GimpyFoot.
The ones that are for sale seemed just not right for a one footed cockatiel.
I'm pretty good at DIY projects if I have intructions or at the very least inspiration.
Clicked on a picture I wanted to study more and it lead me to here!
I'm very glad it did, too.

 

I googled as well... are you guys doing something to promote the site through google somehow? I'd love to get hits on my business page from google searches!

I had found a forum for ferrets and LOVED the forum world! so much information came out of it i started searching other forums for my other animals. i had first found a rabbit forum and then had a question about my cockatiels and was familiar witht he forum world by then. i googled cockatiel forum haha! and that is how i ended up here

 

I google stuff about my cockatiels a lot so I was rather surprised I hadn't found this forum sooner, but during my last search about cockatiel poop, a link to here popped up. I lurked a few days before joining

 

I searched yahoo for cockatiel care and this forum came up so I joined and have been here since then and enjoying every minute of it.This is the best forum out there.
