I see, i placed it at the entrance of mine, they eat the millet then fly off lol. i dont know if they stood on the nest box perch or on the cage to eat it tho.

I have the other box the tall one in my other cage *parrot cage* and im just waiting who will just that. Its only my Lucky and Cookie who are a bonded pair, Big mac is trying his best with taco as he keeps following her about and singing to her

I see, my Female(Bailey) when it gets around 8pm at night she gets very pretective and even if i walk past the cage she opens her beak and slightly hiss's at me. yet all through the day shes fine. I gave them seperate food & water bowls so there was no arguements. i think the male may "try it on" because sometimes she opens her beak at him:confused:

when it gets around that time, i do a wolf whistle at them say goodnight and cover them up:) they havent learnt to do any whistling yet but when i do it to them they make a cute little noise like super mario jumping lol(best way to explain it) the other day i done it to them my gf's Eastern rosella did it back so then i called my gf to show her whistled again and her bird just looked at me gone out. its always the way! aha:love:

I cover mine at 11pm when i go to bed and uncover at 9.30am when i get in from work
it took beano a month before he started whistling

i cover mine 8-9ish then uncover them at 6-6.30 when the rosella decides its time to be a alarm clock :p

Lol beats setting the alarms, that be great for me as i leave the house at 5.45 for work

Its actualy a salad bowl, as far as i know? ive just searched on the internet and ive found one the same as mine :) http://www.plentyforpets.com/product_detail.php?product=3030&category=0_184 On most indoor aviarys there is a thing that they actualy clip on, and to put new food ect in it spins round so u can then fill it up from the outside of the cage, there normaly on the side. but they can also be put onto the bars like i have on mine:) this is what they normaly go on http://www.plentyforpets.com/product_detail.php?product=11891&category=0_184

I thought the shops would of sell them but they dont im using a large dish, i have 3 of them and others too
