aww poor guy that is definitely an issue, but something that he could have possibly had from birth (poor genetics or vitamin deficiency). He seems to be in good feather from what I can see in those pictures. Is he able to grip perches and climb around? is his leg swollen under the leg band? you can trim the tips of his nails with a nail clipper, have someone hold him with a towel and another person clip those tips, just the very tips so you don't cut the quick, it will bleed.

 

Hmm, I think i worry about it more then he does , he occasionally falls of his perch when you are moving his cage but he just gets back up starts whistling and goes back to his happy little self when he is on your shoulder he does a bit of flapping, but i think this is because his claws are stuck in my jumper. They aren't puffed up at so that's a good sign

He's very cute, and sounds like a real sweetheart. You are lucky.

If he was human, he'd probably be worrying about being different and getting teased by the other kids. I think this teaches us something, but don't know how o say it.

The foot problem could have a genetic origin or it could've been vitamin deficiency at a young age. There's a bunch of possible reasons, and since he's a bit older it'll be hard to pinpoint one.

Even with funny feet, he's gorgeous. He looks very healthy and happy. If they aren't bothering him, I wouldn't worry about it.
