Cabbage is absolutely not harmful for cockatiels. My cockatiel loves cabbage. He finishes his cabbage in two days. When the first time I gave it cabbage it hardly ate seeds. He loves cabbage then any of his veggies. In fact I try to give him enough cabbage as possible. You should really feed your cockatiel cabbage. I am sure he will love it.

Well welcome to the forum! I'm pretty new too. To ask a question go to "forum home" on the left of your screen when you log in. Pick the relevant forum from the list, and then go to "forum tools" which is sort of at the top right of the box where all the current posts are listed. Choose "post new thread" and ask away! It kind of depends who is on and when as to the response you'll get. Most questions get at least one reply though, and you can always search the forum to see if anyone else has asked it in the past

Never thought of cabbage for my birds.

 

To be honest, I've found so much conflicting info on it. I think I'll feed other veggies, just in case what we call cabbage is different in some way to what Nimra gets in Pakistan.

 

You can feed him other veggies. Kale is a good one. And so is lettuce.
