Your own blood??? Well, I went to visit my parents today and I wanted to wash and clean my car so when I called them this morning I told my mom I wasn't going to bring the babies this time and she got REALLY mad. She told me if I'm not bringing them, don't bother come...lol :p:rolleyes: She buys them corn and parsley everytime...:D

Ofcourse, I felt bad leaving them too so off we went. Me and my dad, and Roxy (their dog) went to the petstore to buy her a new leash and weigh her..(she's 138 pounds!!!)...My mom decided to help and washed my car while we were gone...she put the babies outside in the shade with her and she said they were GREAT company...Ziggy talked to her the whole time, they had a spray bath and some parsley...They were so relaxed and happy..she said they only cried for me for a minute..hehe
She also taught Ziggy a new phrase which he's practicing right now... It's "Kiss me baby"...he's such a flirt.

Have your parents thought of getting their own tiel? Sounds like they would love one! :p
They really would-they love birds BUT with my mom's new cat...that wouldn't be such a great idea...Her old cat was SO calm and acctually loved my budgie and wouldn't even think of hurting her but this one is just buck wild...

The cat is not wild with people...just a true hunter by instinct (plus she's only 6mths). She watches everything very carefully and would leap in a split second. There's no way she'd get rid of her just because she's wild. My mother loves animals..ALOT. A visit from my two babies (her grandkids) will do for now.
