Hello there , hope all of u are doing well
My 11 months female cocktiel "Tori " has been weird for over 2 weeks now , she won't stop chirping all day , idk what happened she has the same food same sleeping routine same as everything before! I tried to put her in a dark place until she calm down but when I pick her up she is on again 😞 yes she also quieter at night and back to her normal state
I'm little bit weird cuz in my country vets are kinda rare to find

Considering her age I'm guessing hormones could be affecting your cockatiel and making her act differently than normal. Like a teenager going through puberty. Even if it isn't hormones, making more sounds and being more vocal typically isn't a bad thing.

Hello there and welcome to the forum!

Are you sure your 'tiel is female? You may have a young male who is learning to vocalize. Also what type of chirps do they sound like? Happy chirps, stressed chirps or is she screaming? It's normal for them to make some noise, they are birds after all, but generally they don't constantly make loud noises all day unless they are hormonal, bored or stressed.
