Ok, im kinda freaked out! Uhhh does anyone know why my cockatiel talks to the empty space beside my bed then just starts screaming? She is freaking me out.

Remember that they don't have the tunnel vision than us humans, it could very be that he's just talking to an object in another direction. I wouldn't worry much about it.
Just my thought, bird should be in cage from night (covered) to morning light (natural circadian rhythm), not your bed or bedroom. Safest place for them from my 20 years of owning tame tiels is to put in cage at night. Rest of time for my babies is the biggest room they can fly in, not bedroom.
