I recently bought this white face male and I know his father is a white face split pied and his mother is pied split to white face. Is it normal for him to have some white tail feathers ? In the picture below you can see one of the feathers Im talking about. I will post a picture of mom and dad for reference. Thank you

The tailfeather in the picture has grey and white barring on it. These are the normal tail markings for adult hens and juveniles of both sexes. When the chick grows up, he'll lose these markings and have solid grey tailfeathers and a white face like his daddy.

If he had a tailfeather that was all white with no grey, it would be a pied tailfeather.
