personally i like this cage (one!)

but enna like this cage( 2)

cage one is bigger , 5/8 bar spacing, a bit shorter,, wider, and has a play top which i think is good

cage two is a bit taller but much smaller.
knowing that a sennie will live in one cage and a tiel, maybe two later down the road when im on my own i might find a friend for slush (adopt), and looks which cage would you go for

They're both so similar. Would those be the colours they come in? I would probably personally go for the first, because the top is lower it will be easier to get stubborn birdies down. And i'm tall so for me to consider something like that is saying something. :p

I always prefer cages with horizontal bars. Birds that climb prefer that too! I don't know how much $ you are talking about for these options but I found this online for $149. Cage Pet supply Bird supply
It's at bird.com. It's huge (2 feet deep by 3 feet wide), powder coated and has a nice seed catcher with rounded corners. The dimensions I mentioned do not take into account the seed catcher That makes it 32"X40".It's under the heading Super value cages. I don't know where you are located but if it's in the US this might be an option for you.

All my cages have vertical bars and my guys climb around easily. As long as the horizontal spacer bars are there (for wire support) they can use those to help. I've also noticed that my guys get a bit of a thrill sliding down the bars to get to food bowls and things.

well it's not that i complete hate the cage is just it only comes in black or green. Very dark colors and the bottom will already be dark enough cause there is hardly any nature light getting into my room right now.

It does have both types of bars aswell. But yes, i am a shortie. I'm around the same hight as my current cages

Well if thems the choices I would go with cage #1. Black bars are actually better to see the bird easily inside the cage. Light doesn't bounce off the bars as in a white or silver cage so that when you look at the cage all you see is bars not birds. Also cage #1 has horizontal bars on the side walls. That gives the birds the option to climb where it likes.
