I found out that my lutino (female cockatiel) is split to pied ,
So am thinking of breeding it with my whiteface cockatiel (not split to anything)

Is there a chance of get a normal grey split to white face?

you will get normal greys (both sexes) and 50% of them will be split to pied-usually splits will have a yellow spot on the neck or head. And all the boys will also be split to WF and lutino, which makes them pretty valuable geneticwise-as in a future they can produce albino. I did such pairing just couple of months ago-WF cock to Lutino hen-precisely to get splits and breed them in a future to WF or Lutino split to WF hens. Wish the same luck to you !

Also the girls will be split to WF as well since dad is a visual.
