Once I bring my baby home...and he just been weaned...is it safe to feed him the good foods (greens, fruits and veggies) or just stick to the seeds and gradually introduce the other foods? I've printed the list of good/not good lists (so helpful) and posted it in my kitchen.
sounds like my 2 year old daughter Once she started eating regular grown up foods, I have a hard time getting her to eat veggies. Fruits she loves though.
