Once I bring my baby home...and he just been weaned...is it safe to feed him the good foods (greens, fruits and veggies) or just stick to the seeds and gradually introduce the other foods? I've printed the list of good/not good lists (so helpful) and posted it in my kitchen.
I would start introducing them right away, just giving seeds is not enough, he might not take to them right away some do easily some take a little longer but keep offering them everyday and mix it up a bit.
