It looks like a normal grey cockatiel split to pied.

Wow! That is cool! I've never seen such a dark tiel? But from what the other commenter said it must not be that uncommon? It's gorgeous anyway!! 😎

I'd say it's a normal grey split with pied. The grey colour is probably just darker than usual. It's definitely got some pied gene going on because there's a patch of white on its head.
