I am going to breed a wf pearl male(which is a chick of wf male * wf lutino) with wf lutino female.

Could you please let me know if i can get a wf lutino chicks?

Yes, you will get some wf lutino chicks.

Your babies will be:
% from all 1.0
50.0% 1.0 natural blue(whiteface) /opaline(pearl) ino
50.0% 1.0 ino blue(whiteface) /opaline(pearl)
% from all 0.1
50.0% 0.1 ino opaline(pearl) blue(whiteface)
50.0% 0.1 natural opaline(pearl) blue(whiteface)

This basically says that all girls will be wf pearl or wf lutino pearl. Boy wills be either wf or wf lutino. So telling gender is easy. Any pearls are girls.
