I've got 8 weeks old cockatiel. He is eating formula once a day, other then that he is eating seeds, millets and a litlle bit of pellets. But he doesn't drink water on his own at all. I use syringe to give im water but he is not drinking from his bowl. Any ideas how to show him how to drink or is it too early and he will figure that out later on?

Do you have any other birds that might show him? If not you can take him to the water bowl and wet his beak using your finger. He might figure it out on his own later. Make sure it's accesible and near his food dish and keep it in the same place. Cockatiels don't drink too much water and as long as you're feeding him formula, he's getting his water so maybe he doesn't feel the need to drink on his own.
