NOT TO RANT OR ANYTHING BUT A STUPID IDIOT VET GUY CUT HALF OF LUKA NAIL AND HE IS BLEEDING NONSTOP. I HELD A TISSUE ON HIS TOES FOR 30 MINUTES BUT IT JUST WONT STOP!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO URGENTLY

Edit:he is sleeping now but he lost a lot of blood. Do I feed him anything extra? He is on an all seed diet but can eat sprouts, mint and basil

Will he eat a bit of chicken mixed with rice? This will help with protein so his blood carrying proteins will be produced quicker. Hard boiled egg? This also contains some protein which will be good. Have you ever used styptic powder? It stops bleeding. A cornstarch or unbleached flour paste should work.

He is doing great. Back to his normal noisy playful self . When can i bathe him? He got hurt on Saturday night

He should be fine. Mine like to bathe in mini bathtubs or spray. Really glad your bird is doing great; been sending good thoughts.
