Why is my 1 week old baby cockatiel keeps on shaking and opening it's mouth for food but it's not also it's not making any noise and I'm worried and scared for it, the place where I'm keeping the baby is a warm environment

Ohhhh okay thanks for the info, I thought the baby was cold because the weather was quite cold on that day 😦
