Update, Still FOUND: VA, Norfolk, Cockatiel, Mar.20.08

Update: It's doing great! Very cute and sweet! Several ppl.
came to look at it, but no luck yet! One lady brought a very
nice cage to borrow, with food, toys, etc. I've leaned bird
people are very nice! We are considering calling one retired
elderly couple who came to look at it already, a foster parent
position. We are so busy and just want to give the bird the
time it needs. Any ideas for one last try to find the parents??
