My tiel has a 1/2” tumor hard and black hanging from his near his bottom. His last one fell off. It does not bother him as he hops around as usual. All other health and behavioral aspects are good. What may this be? Thank you.

Take hi m to an avian skilled vet. He deserves that attention and money. No different to taking a dog or cat to vet when needed. Perhaps less expensive.
