Hi all, we took sunny to the vet for a nail trim and mentioned to our avian vet that sunny's left wing was very slightly lower than the right wing, the vet had a look and said his wing was a little stiff yet he's flying perfectly. We were given some medicine for him, one drop twice a day. We medicated sunny not long ago and his breathing was a little off for a minute or two, he's ok now though thank goodness. Can anyone tell me please if we should hold sunny flat or upright for medicating in the towel or medicate by holding him from behind through the bars of the cage. Thanks

Thank you so much, i read about medicating tiels. Thank you so much. This morning we medicated sunny through the bars of his cage. I just held him gently at the back without squeezing him and it went fine, not so stressful for sunny either.
