Percy is still small, but he's getting used to the feeding routine. I just need a bit of help. Whenever I feed him, he slowly fills with air. I tap out the bubbles in the syringe, and I don't even put it in his mouth (I squeeze the formula out, then let him eat a drop, bit by bit.) Can anyone tell me how to prevent this? I can't fill his crop entirely because of it. The air is released about an hour after feeding.
Another question, his eyelids have formed and I can see his eyes under the skin, but he can't open them. Is there anything I can do to help, or do I just have to wait?
Many thanks.
