Penny has had this strange feather situation for about 3 weeks and it's not getting better.

She doesn't fuss with it, I can touch it and she doesn't mind and she still flies normally (all over, for no reason).

I can't find any similar photos online. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe she's had some stress and pulled out some of her feathers making the area messy or she feels dirty and needs a bath. I hope this helps, but i'm just as confused as you
