Hi everyone,

This morning I tryed Earl and Little Bill with a spray shower, I had a sprayer, with warm water in and just sprayed them in their cage! :)

They just sat there and got wet, no reaction, just sat there, they knew what I was doing but just didn't seem to do anything about it! :thumbd:

Will they ever enjoy a spray shower, or will they not like it because they just sat there??????

Thanks Sophia x x x

I saw your video of Dooby he really got into it, I think Earl and Little Bill might start to enjoy it more, the more I do it! :) Or they will just be dripping everytime :(

Any tips to get them to like it more ?????

Thanks Sophia x x

Mine only get into it when they're in the mood for a bath. I can tell when they are because they fluff their feathers more and sometimes try to bathe in their water bowls. Another hint is if they seem particularly dusty. These are the times when it's best to try bathing them. :D

My budgies acctually do that sometimes with the shower. They acctually go and stand directly under the water with their eyes closed. Baby does that at times too but they mostly do the fluffed up, wings all over the place bit.

my budgies run from it when they can (the one's who aren't caged up) my tiels LOVE bieng sprayed,

the other day my b/f was in spraying the birds and it was the 1st time for a shower for the 4 Baby budgies and he said they were hilarious running around in circles under the Mist Since they're only a little over a month old and this was thier 1st shower/bath they didn't get a chance not to like it like the older budgies
he said when he moved on to the next cage and started spraying the tiels the babies came running over to get under the mist of it LOL

But I do have a couple that will just stand there and wait for it to be over then when its over they'll preen and fluff , and do all the normal birdy showering stuff the tiels do while getting thier shower LOL

I hope my two do get to like it, because when they really get into it like other people's bird on here, they really look like they enjoy it! *fingers crossed* that next time they will like it! :)
