Everything else is normal. it’s been eating fine, it stayed the same weight, and the poops seem to be normal. I currently have covid and can’t leave the house for a couple of days so I can’t go to the vet.. Im not sure what to do and if anyone knows what this is please tell me!!

I know cockatiels can be prone to oral thrush infections, especially if they eat a lot of carbs, or just one of those things. You may want an avian vet to have a look. Many people add organic apple cider vinegar to their bird's water to help against things like this (about one teaspoon in a litre of water, made fresh regualry and kept in the fridge. Best made fresh daily really. 🐣
