Looks like a Lutino, possibly clear pied. Lutino eyes are red when seen in the right lighting. I'd guess Lutino, especially if there is a thin spot on top of head, this happens a lot with lutino or pearl. You generally can't tell the gender by looks unless the bird is a normal grey. A Lutino female might have under being spots or tail barring. Boys tend to whistle, sing or mimic. Girls are usually quiet unless calling for attention.
