It’s been about a week now and what appears to be a seed won’t come out. I figured she would sneeze it out by now but has not. Acts totally normal and doesn’t bother her at all. Should I wait longer, try anything, or take her to the vet?

Take her to the vet as fast as possible .because of the seed the respiration might slow down . But your cockatiel will be fine

She needs a vet now unless you can do it yourself. Must remember that as the nose, nasal cavity is damp, with time can cause the seed to germinate. Deadly. 3 weeks is way long enough.
