911PA volunteers have been trying to reach the poster of this ad, and learned today that the found bird has been rehomed. Here's the ad:

"Very cute grey and white cockatiel looking for patient home. this fella
was a stray (we looked but owners were never found) -thus his story is a
mystery. he likes to sing and chirp to people but does not want to be
handled. he would make a fun companion for someone who wants a chatty
tiel! we are asking a $10.00 fee for this guy j 818-830-8555
