Hi there! In a few weeks i'm getting my very first cockatiel, his name will be Stretch and is being hand fed. What kind of food and is there anything i need to do when i bring him home? I know there will be a time of adjustment not just for him but me as well. And what treats can i give him? Also i was told cockatiels don,t eat fruit true or false? I'm heading out Monday to get a cage for him.
