Hello Everyone,

I have 4 cockatiels, 2 female and 2 male.

one of my females was very good and active and ate very well after I bought a new male for her, this male was puffed up almost half a day. I think he is young that's why he puffed up. but recently I saw my female bird also puffed up and less active.
she eats well drink well and she cleans her self but she puffed up.
My new Male bird is also singing and whistling but puffed up.

Can anyone help me..I'm so worried about my female and another 3

Hi Tahsin,

New birds should be quarantined for about a month to make sure they are not sick before introducing them to your other birds. I am sorry this is happening to you, but it sounds like your birds may be sick. Staying puffed-up is a tell-tale sign. I would separate the puffed-up birds immediately in another room from the rest of the flock. I would also consult an avian vet. I don't have that much knowledge of specific avian health issues, but someone else online might be able to give you better advice on how to proceed/what medications to try.
