The babies are absolutely heathy she feeds them will but I don’t know why she is doing it.
What should i do ??
by the way They weren’t the first hatch she had two before and they have the shinest features she didn’t do this to them.

Are you able to feed them? Do you have another pair you could give them to? Is it only the mother doing the plucking? If so, I would remove the mother and leave them with the father. I have a proven pair, and they are the most excellent parents. The father is amazing, and he's been with another female and hasn't plucked his chicks either time. The mother, on the other hand, is a very great mother. She feeds her chicks and takes really great care of them, but she does have a plucking problem. I'll usually just pull mine to hand feed as soon as I see her starting to pluck them but if you're not experienced, I wouldn't suggest hand feeding them. There can be multiple reasons why they pluck their chicks. Usually, it's because they want to have another clutch so they'll pluck them to get them out sooner. There are plenty of other reasons as well! I'll insert a link, which explains a lot. Hopefully, it will help! I wish you the best of luck! 😊

Breeding Cockatiels, candled eggs, assisted hatches, how to make a brooder, how to handfeed baby birds, baby bird feeding schedule, baby bird weight gain chart, weaning baby birds, how to wean baby birds.
Unfortunately the father started the plucking and soon after the mother joined him once I saw the father I removed him to another cage she is great mother I didn’t want to take the babies from her so I’m trying to find solution other than the separation

I have questions will they grow feathers again if I separate them from the mother ?

I didn't read the other posted answers yet so this may be a Repeat answer reply. I heard the Mother's and Father's of the hatchlings of these Cocketiel birds do this for the SODIUM / SALT CONTENT from the baby birds pin feathers in my case they were picking out / plucking the little babies feathers to get salt but don't give the parent's table salt we started taking the baby birds out of the cages away from their parents "as soon as they started doing that on each of them" that were born (even as early as 4 weeks old before the tiny ones were even weaned). They have Cocketiel food to hand feed the babies if you want to try to feed them by hand. You can run a GOOGLE SEARCH ON THE TOPIC, we put salt blocks and salt wheels in the parents big bird cage even the salt wheels MADE FOR RODENTS. I wish everyone the best of luck.

Yes, I totally agree with this as well. I'm pretty sure that my one female has that issue. She will only pluck the chicks as soon as their pinfeathers are coming in. As soon as the feathers have come out of the shaft, she won't take those feathers out.

She plucks the pinfeathers and the feathers she only left the big feathers in the wings and the tail so I don’t know if that the issue.

Yes, it sounds just like the issue that my female has. If you can, I'd remove them from the mom right away. Either handfeed if you can or put them with a different pair. Mine didn't get that bad, but they were plucked quite a bit. The feathers did grow back completely but if they stay with the mother, the feathers might not grow back ever or not for a very long time. If you see in the first picture, the chicks' shoulders were the main places that were plucked. In the second picture, you can see very well that all the other feathers grew in normally and the shoulders are bald. In the last picture, you can see that they are completely feathered in because I pulled the chicks to be handfed so that their feathers could grow back.
