So like I’m not sure if anyone would be willing to help but my cockatiels just had about four babies. I’m scared they might be overfeeding the babies because when I last checked there was little chunks of something all over the nest. Looking a bit like styrofoam or maybe popcorn. I also noticed the crop seemed a bit full for the oldest or maybe it’s just me. I told my parents but they said that if we tried to help or even touched them the parents would just abandon and possibly even kill them. Is there anything I can do to help?

If the babies are feed by parents. I would not worry at all. The parents will only feed when baby beg for food, so there is almost no chance of over feed.
Cockatiels are good parent, they will not abandon their babies. I handle babies everyday to get babies used to human handling. If you want to some tamed cockatiel babies, you can take out and hold babies for a while everyday once they are 2-3 weeks old.
