Hello, I've inherited my Grandmothers cockatiel (whom I helped care for previously). He was doing great with us for about 2 weeks. I took him to get his nails and wings trimmed and the guy at the bird store asked if I wanted his beak trimmed. I've never done this and trusted his judgement to trim it. Over night he didn't poop at all and was acting lethargic this morning. I did get him to the vet and they didn't find anything wrong (has since been pooping). I was given pain meds for him. I took him back to home and he did nibble on a piece of bread, his bird bread that I made him and seemed to nibble on his pellets all very small amounts. I've been watching him on our camera since leaving him to come to work and he's changed position on his perch once and I haven't seen him eat. Anyone have thoughts on what I should or shouldn't do for him?
