Can we get a pic of the underside of the wing in good lighting? If the spotting goes into the secondary flight feathers it's a good indication that's it's a female. If they only extend to the primaries, male.
If dad was a lutino and mom wasn't lutino, this bird is definitely female. Lutino is a sex-linked mutation with special inheritance rules. With a lutino dad and a non-lutino mother, ALL the girls will be lutino and none of the boys will be lutino.
