Hello, I’m Ashley. Just joined today, I have a young cockatiel named Kirby who still makes baby noises and sticks to me like glue. Any tips and advice for a first time cockatiel owner would be appreciated

Also, they clipped their wings, do you know when they’ll grow back? I don’t know why it was assumed I would want them clipped because I didn’t.
