Hi guys! So my cockatiel is now +3 months old and i know cockatiels should eat on their own during 8-10 weeks but mine is way past that age now yet he barely touches his food, i tried seeds, veggies, fruits but no good. He eats like a pig when i give him formula tho.
I used to handfeed him 3 times a day but now i cut it to 2 per-day. But he still just can't get full without the formula. Any suggestions?

How do you offer his solid food to him? The easiest way to get a young 'tiel interested in solid food is to scatter it on the bottom of the cage or on a sheet of newspaper or flat surface so he can engage in foraging behaviour.

I’m not very experienced but I have Read some things that could possible help!
1. they said you can mix some warm water with their seeds so it’s a little bit mushy so they think it’s similar to formula
2. You can put some formula on top of their seeds to get Them to eat it
