Hi my baby cockatiel i think is about 3 month old i get him from pet shop but the first owner gave him baby formola and on his cheek is stock baby formola when he was baby i had a chance to remove it but i had no idea and scare to injury now his grow up and don't let me touch his face and also he lose trust bc i try to remove food from his face how can i calm him down and help him to be clean i know he will be happy with a clean face.

I had the same issue with a sick bird, but don't give up. Keep touching him and trying to clean him up. It will take a while, many months, but he will eventually let you touch his face and neck area. You bird will need time to trust you.
