You have to bring him to an avian vet right away (a vet who knows how to treat birds). This isn't something you can take care of yourself. Please keep us posted.

Thank you very much, In out area no avian vet , is there any home medicine that we can do for the moment? im searching a vet in out side of the area.

No, the bird needs a vet to find out what is wrong to give the proper treatment. Birds are as complicated as we are, just small, so there are many things that can cause problems. You need to get to a vet right away when there is a problem because birds die quickly when sick and untreated. If you delay you increase the risk of a bad outcome (death). Ask over the phone if the vet treats birds. It looks like you are in Sri Lanka - can you do an internet search for 'avian veterinarians' or something like that? Your bird needs help right away without further delay.
