my 1 year old cockateil laid an egg and she only has a budgie so its not fertile but i dont know if i should remove it from her or let it have it

I would just leave it with her because if you remove it, she might just want to keep laying and laying. Eventually, she will lose interest in it. If she hasn't been paying too much attention to it, you could remove it, and then change her cage around and remove any tents as well.

ok thanks she really didnt care and i let it sit there for a few hours and she didnt even get close so i just removed it
