Hey guys. I just got my Cockatiels from a women that had to move and she couldn't take them. They already were breedimg when I got them. They are both 3 years old. The female laid her first egg 3 days ago. But didn't lay anymore eggs . Her and the male spend time siting on the egg. Why isn't she laying any more?. And yes she is eating really good and she is popping and she looks very healthy . No Swalling areas between her legs at all. So isn't it possible shes going to only lay 1 egg
beacuse I know it usually takes 2-3 days to lay another one if I'm correct

One egg for this clutch is possible. If she did not get enough nutrition during laying process she could lay smaller clutch. And on the top, she has been rehomed recently. Wait a day or two, if there is no more eggs, that is. Make sure hen eat and poop normally, so there is no eggs binding issue.
