Hello guys !! I need help with my baby cockatiel . I’d already attached two photos please take a look !!

So I just got my new cockatiel for 4 days and she’s about 3-4 weeks old , the day I picked her up , there’s nothing wrong with her feet. So after two days of having her , I saw her left foot was swollen , I not sure if she broke her foot or it’s swollen. Just got it for 4 days and I felt like she was with me for a year 😭😭. Everywhere I go she follows around , when I laid on my bed she came to my cheeks and asked for a hug. Should I bring to the vet immediately ? Or should I wait for it to recover if it’s a swollen. Thanks guys please give me some suggestion as I’m still a beginner 😭 😭

Short updates
I took her to the vet yesterday and the vet gave her two injections plus few packages of medicines. Two packages of liquid medicine was stored inside syringes and another one was stored Inside a small bottle , so the vet instructed me to give her medication once a day (syringe type) and apply few drops of liquid medicine (bottle) into her milk. So after few hours I got home from work and I realized her poop turned into black color. Like a charcoal. So I not if it’s caused by medication or she’s feeling unwell again 😭😭😭😭. So far she’s acting perfectly fine and followed me around

So sorry to say that Bun didn’t make her first week after visiting the vet. She suffered from foot injuries and cold… I was really devastated as I expected my first cockatiel to be very healthy but seems like she didn’t make it through 😔. She’s playful , responsive and sensitive ! Every time I called her from a distance she’ll chirp. After she passed away , I felt like the home was very dull and quiet without her presence 😔. I’ll attach some of her photos over here

She’s playful , responsive and sensitive ! Every time I called her from a distance she’ll chirp. After she passed away , I felt like the home was very dull and quiet without her presence 😔.
