I contacted this finder to see if this was an African Grey, and advised
him about 911parrotalert. He said to add the following to the ad which
was originally reposted I believe from his local newspaper ad:
Found, NY, Rochester/E. Irondequoit area - yellow and white cockatiel found in my yard, banded. Call: 585-482-2594.
