UPDATE: At around midnight on the morning of Feb-26, he called out to
us from a tree along Huffmeister Road and Blissfield Park. But he got
spooked by our flashlights and flew off in the Southwest direction
between the first and second houses that sit on the Northeast corner
of Blissfield Park and Angeleas Meadow Lane.

ORIGINAL POST:
Lost (male?) grey and white Cockatiel. Name is Shadow. He is usually
caged with another bird he cares for very much, and so he may scream
constantly unlike any local birds if he hears his name. He does
nip/bite a bit and his beak is sharp since he is a Cockatiel, so if
you attempt to catch him, approach him VERY slowly with a very sweet
voice. He prefers females to males. He is sweet though and if you
make a sweet "gasping" noise and say "peek-a-boo!" he may play along.
He may have a silver band on one leg that is unreadable. Not sure -
it may have been removed. If found please email me immediately! You
may also call me at (832) 566-3159. EVEN IF you've seen him or heard
him, call me. It helps to know the general area he is in. NO phone
calls for any other reason than this posting. Thank you.

LOST - GREY AND WHITE COCKATIEL

Lost at corner of Huffmeister Road and Hwy 6 N. Cockatiel is grey and
white with no other colors, markings or bands. Bird is male. Name is
Shadow. He is quite skittish, so attempting to catch him may be
unsuccessful. I only recommend that I be contacted with the location
and time that he was spotted. He has a very harsh and loud "scream" and
can be distinguished from other local birds.

Please contact me at (832) 566-3159.

Thank you!

Traci
