Talk Budgies has a lost and Found forum, so maybe Talk Cockatiels should have one too? It may help people get their lost birds found.

I'm not sure if the number of people visiting the site is enough to get word out effectively? I think Lost and Found is a good forum for any site to have though, so i'm sure we will look at adding one in the future!
