Bird Vertebrate Cockatiel Cage Parrot

Bird Vertebrate Cockatiel Parrot Cockatoo
For a while now since Buddy was given to me I have been 1 hen short. I had a pet store owner approach me and asked if I would breed his WF male. Said he would give him to me if I would breed him. I started looking for WF hens (I figured I needed two) and in a couple of days I had people e-mailing me with offers of hens for from $95 - $150. Then I got a call from a breeder who was getting rid of all his 'tiels. He and his wife are getting into larger birds. So he looked at his stock (I told him I wanted a 1 year to 1 and a half yesr old hen). He called back and decribed a Cinnamon Whiteface beauty 20 months old. We agreed to meet the following day. I arrived to find that he had found 2 other hens and brought them all out for me to look at. Then the kicker since I was a local breeder he sold me all 3 for $90. So you see. It's not my fault!!!

There are two Whiteface Cinnamon Pied hens and one regular Whiteface Cinnamon hen. Both the pieds are breeding age. The other one is just a little girl. That's good for me since one of my boys (Monkey) is too young himself. So they can grow to love one another. I'll post more pics. This was the max I could post at one time.

Sorry to tell you this but he may or may not be split for Lutino. Unless you know one of the parents WAS a Lutino. If his Dad was split for Lutino only half his boys will pick up that split. You won't know for sure 'till you breed him. If he is all it would take is a WF female. Lutino is a sex linked mutation and Fathers pass those genes to Daughters. So if you get any with a common WF female you will know they are females.

Albino for the most part is what people commonly call WF Lutinos. Since they don't have any color but in reality it is the combination of Whiteface Which produces no yellow or orange and Lutino which produces no gray or tan. But you said yours had black eyes?!? Very interesting! Usually they have red. I have heard of dark eyed Lutino Whiteface. I wonder what that is? I have a male Lutino that only appears to have red eyes in pictures.
