If this bird is more than one year old then I would say girl. I can't see much of the wings, but those are definitely pearl tailfeathers. A male pearl loses his pearl markings at maturity, but pearl hens keep their pretty markings for life.
The face looks like a boy, but pearl hens have more yellow on their faces than other hens. This often tricks people into guessing the wrong gender.
If a male is pied as well as pearl then he might keep his pearl markings for years. But I don't see any pied feathers on this bird.
If the bird is less than a year old it is too soon to tell!
