It looks like an ok seed mix I feed Rocko versele laga seed and beaphar pellets.Its ok for them to have a little bit of sunflower seeds.

Yeah, that looks okay. Your 'tiel might not eat the coloured/pellet-like pieces in that mix, usually they're too hard for 'tiels to crush.

Seed in my petstore only cost around €3.00 for a small bag that lasts around 2 months.And the pellets are €7.99 and that lasts about 2 months too.

For some reason, my two don't like hemp seed (the white, rice-looking seed in the mix). Sometimes, a mix can have too many of those and then it's a waste.

You can order excellent seed and seed mixes from Herman Brothers.

Yes, I've heard Volkman's is good. :)

Might as well add in what seed I feed my 'tiels, too. I get Topflite (a local NZ brand) bird seed, in both the cockatiel and budgie varieties and mix them together.

Cockatiel seed mix:

Sometimes I even get the canary seed mix, they really like this mix too:



But even though they're mixed together, I always like to take out at least half of the sunflower seeds, store them in a separate container and feed them as treats. :)
